I go to China every year in October. The trip starts of with a few days in Hong Kong (nice) and then we take the train into mainland China. The purpose of my visit to both Hong Kong and Guangzhou are visits to the trade fairs there. I usually try to squeeze in one shopping trip during my stay in Guangzhou. And several in Hong Kong but that's a different story.
Last October the shopping I did was these two cute bags. One creamy white and one what I call a Martha turquoise. I've had the bags unused in my wardrobe since I got back as they are too spring like for our local winter. Brought one of them out this week (I know I'm slow) only to realise they don't work for me.
I'm a tote girl. I'm always carrying stuff around as I don't drive. My bag needs to be big enough for an umbrella, a cardigan, some magazines, sunglasses, wallet, cellphone and my shopping. These little cute things are just not big enough. The size is 15"x11" (38x27 cm) plus handle so a magazine will just fit in there but for me it's not deep enough for all the other stuff I need. The material is what is chicly referred to as faux leather but is just some plain synthetic plasticy material. They are lined in what seems like brown cotton and there are several compartments inside and a zipper at the top. I paid almost nothing for them and yet they are quite well made considering.
So to get to the point of this post. They are up for grabs. Please write a comment, a simple "I'll have the creamy one, please!" will do and you've entered in my lucky draw. I'll draw the winner on Monday evening, my time. Oh, and I'll send them anywhere in the world free of charge.
