I'm not letting you look at that photo of me any longer. I'm still having a problem seeing my crooked grin there...
I have something more fun to share! I bought a new all-in-one printer today and it has a scanner. We've been wanting one for a while so I'm super excited to finally have one. And I hooked it up to the lap top. Yay! The other printer is in Wille's room which gives me limited access to it when he's home surfing the net or playing WoW :)
This is my very first attempt at scanning and I thought I may as well try on something fun to post. What you see is the footprint of the "upstairs" of our little house. It's actually the entrance floor and then there's a basement. I'll show you that another day. I've written a few key words for you so you can get an idea of the layout. For example you can see where the shoe cubbies are, where the home office is situated and and that my craft space is right next to the wardrobe, adjacent to the bedroom.
The square footage is 882 I believe (82 square meters). Not very big. It used to be even smaller (62m2), can you believe it? Wille's room and our bed room and the room where the wardrobe and craft space is were all added in the 50's. And still it was considered huge to begin with for the family who built it in 1937. Different times, huh?
