The downside to transferring groceries from the brand containers into your own is that there are cooking instructions and sometimes useful recipes on the back or sides of the orginal boxes.
I don't let that stop me. I go ahead and transfer whatever I want but then cut out the piece of cardboard or sometimes plastic bag part that holds the info I need to keep, stick it in the container in the midst of whatever's contained and I have the best of two worlds.
On some containers I simply add a printed label with the cooking time and that's enough.
Tomorrow is a busy, busy day! Need to pack (leave for China on Sunday), finish some projects around the house and garden and do some other stuff before I go. Next weeks postings will be slightly irregular due to the time difference (+ six hours from where I am now) but also due to the fact that this is a business trip and I need to socialize (so not good at that...) a bit (!) in the evenings which might refrain me from blogging. My co-workers who I'm meeting up with are still in the dark about my secret life as a blogger :)
