A while ago I redid our kitchen pantry. New shelf covering etc. Here's the before and this is what it looks like now. I love the new pale look.
Besides from the fresher color scheme I also loved the opportunity to really clean the space because being right next to the stove it does get a bit greasy in there. A good jif scrub sorted it out.
Having to get everything out of there also prompted me to check all the dates on everything. I do check the dates occasionally but you'd be surprised at how much was past it's "best before" date and got tossed out. Our compost was smiling as I poured various grains in there.
Result; Bright, clean, up-to-date!

Have a nice weekend! Ours is four days long this week, yay! Hope to do some yard work, meet up with a friend of mine, work on my book and squeeze in some organizing too. Will keep you posted on all!
