Besides from going to an auction and a zillion fleamarket I helped Sanna wall-paper one of the little rooms in their summer house.
Here's the before. Seriously wonky old walls with bulges here, there and eveywhere. Not the prettiest of wall papers...
Half way there.
Sanna chose a Designers Guild pattern with pink and red peonies and roses. There are little gold accents in the brownish green leaves too.
Still to come in this room is an etagère where the little table is and a larger rectangular table for dining.
It turned out great I think. Such a difference. Birgitta was over the moon and is now loking forward to having the rest of the house redone too.
